The ability to create an "analytic narrative" is at the heart of the Publication toolset. Publication empowers users to create reports and/or email templates with the ability to generate an endless number of publications that can be easily scheduled to run on a recurring basis and distributed automatically.
Publications and Alerts are created in two phases:
- Design - users create templates for either a publication document or an alert message.
- Run Time - users create and launch scheduled events to run templates and messages.
